This policy applies to all Daly Rae users, including parents and guardians tracking a child profile.
2) Information we collect
Account and profile information
- Name, email, and password (stored securely).
- Child profile details entered by users (for example: name, date of birth, logs, milestones, memories).
Content you add
- Tracking logs (feeding, sleep, diaper, growth, activities, temperature, pumping).
- Photos, videos, notes, milestones, and other in-app content.
Technical data
- Basic diagnostics and error logs used to keep the app stable and improve reliability.
3) How we use information
- Provide core app features and save your data.
- Sync and display child history, memory timeline, and analytics.
- Improve prediction and routine features.
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
- Provide support when users request help.
4) AI-assisted features
When enabled, Daly Rae may use AI services to generate schedule tuning and predictive suggestions from event history summaries.
If AI is unavailable, the app falls back to non-AI logic.
5) Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared only with service providers required to operate the app (for example: hosting and infrastructure), or when legally required.
6) Data retention
We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, operational, and security reasons.
You can request deletion at any time.

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data. No system is guaranteed 100% secure, but we continuously improve protection controls.
